Mental HealthANGER MANAGEMENTAnger Management groups are based on the cognitive/behavioural principles and focus on understanding anger and the ability to change how we react when angered. Participants are encouraged to take control and responsibility for their emotions and for improving their lives. Individuals are encouraged to work in the “here-and-now” and to help each other through respectful group discussions and sharing genuine feedback.
