Meet the Board Members

• Jo Cassan, Chairperson
  Jo has been on the Board since 1983. Jo is presently the Chairperson and also sits on the Program Committee. Jo is retired from Loyalist College where she taught in the Social Service Worker Program.
• Harold Van Winssen
  Harold has been on the Board since 1987. Harold is a lawyer with the firm of Templeman, Menninga.
• Lyn Harrington
  Lyn has been on the Board since 1988. Lyn is retired from the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board; Lyn was the Principal at Trenton High School.
• Jim Dowling, Vice-Chairperson
  Jim has been on the Board since February 1990. Jim is presently Vice-Chair and sits on the Finance Committee. Jim is retired from the TD Canada Trust Bank and is presently consulting with the Cooney Group of Companies.
• Beth Harder
  Beth has been on the Board since 1997. Beth is a past-Chairperson and presently sits on the Program Committee. Beth is a Sargeant with Belleville Police Services in the Criminal Investigation Division and is also their Media Relations Officer.
• Diane Turrall
  Diane has been on the Board from 1992 - 1996 and presently since 2001. Diane is retired from the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board; Diane was the Prinicpal at Moira Secondary School.
• Sarah Fanjoy, Past Chairperson
  Sarah has been on the Board since 1999. Sarah is a past Chairperson and presently sits on the Program Committee. Sarah teaches Business and Cooperative Education at Centennial Secondary School.
• Emily Hebbourn
  Emily has been on the Board since 1999. Emily presently sits on the Program Committee. Emily was Youthab’s Executive Secretary until she retired in June 1999.
• Carrie Bernhardt, Secretary/Treasurer
  Carrie has been on the Board since 2005. Carrie is presently the Treasurer and the Chairperson of the Finance Committee. Carrie is the Chief Financial Officer at QuintEssential Credit Union.
• Scott LeCamp
  Scott has been on the Board since 2006. Scott presently sits on the Program Committee. Scott is employed at Stream as a Senior Support Specialist.
• Mandy Savery-Whiteway
  Mandy has been on the board since October 2007 and presently sits on the Program Committee. Mandy is the Principal for the Student Success Program at the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board.
